Large turf grass installations for parks, schools, and recreational areas provide a consistent challenge for the governments, organizations, and groups that maintain them. The entity installing the turf field is well trained at the maintenance of a turf grass field, but the soil testing, soil handling, fertilizer additions, soil preparation, seeding, and so on is just not within their equipment's range. The equipment necessary under 100 large scale operations of this caliber does not justify the purchase of the equipment.
